Recently, the Hexi Group project team in Nanjing’s Jianye District successfully transformed the Hexi Financial Center into a low-carbon, intelligent landmark through innovative architectural floodlighting design. By integrating smart technology with ecological principles, the project has enhanced lighting quality, reduced energy consumption, and established a new industry benchmark for the green transformation of commercial real estate.
I. Technological Innovation for Enhanced Efficiency
The project features an advanced intelligent dimming system that dynamically adjusts light intensity and patterns. Integrated with IoT technology, it enables precise time-based lighting control.
Key lighting upgrades include:
Replacing high-brightness vertical light strips with top floodlights and "City Window" contour lighting, significantly reducing glare.
A hidden light source design that improves architectural aesthetics while balancing commercial display needs with residential night-time lighting comfort.
