Focusing on key links and critical areas, the center implements precise policies and meticulous management to continuously improve the urban lighting environment, adding brilliance to the city's nights and actively creating a beautiful urban nightscape. Urban lighting is not only a project for the people's livelihood but also a project that wins their hearts. The Municipal Engineering Maintenance Center has established a special night patrol team and implemented the "three checks and one maintenance" work measures to conduct daily inspections, identify problems on-site, propose solutions on-site, and resolve problems on-site. At the same time, it has increased the intensity of refined management and maintenance of lighting facilities. For some older, lower-brightness sections, it has taken measures to improve the quality of street lighting, creating a safe and comfortable nighttime travel environment for citizens and allowing them to feel the warmth of the city at night.
Recently, a total of 12 streetlights were repaired, 35 meters of cable were replaced, and 12 controllers were replaced in various urban areas. The Municipal Engineering Maintenance Center of the Shihezi City Urban Management Bureau adheres to the "three checks and one maintenance" principle, conducting thorough inspections and repairs of key road sections and areas. Identified street lighting issues are promptly assigned to responsible units, and potential safety hazards are eliminated in a timely manner. The center also focuses on the meticulous management of lighting facilities and distribution boxes, identifying and resolving problems early to ensure that the city's lighting rate and operational readiness meet standards.
