Recently, the Forest Protection Station of Bila River National Nature Reserve Administration in Oroqen Autonomous Banner, Hulunbuir City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, has made significant progress in forest pest monitoring by successfully installing and testing solar-powered pest monitoring lights.

The newly installed solar-powered pest monitoring lights utilize advanced photoelectric digital control technology. These devices integrate multiple functions, including pest attraction, extermination, drying, and image collection, enabling efficient pest monitoring and control. Staff carefully selected installation sites, constructed concrete platforms in advance, and strictly followed installation procedures to secure, connect, and debug the equipment. During the testing phase, all functions were thoroughly examined to ensure proper operation.
This installation and testing initiative reflects the Forest Protection Station's commitment to green development and enhancing early monitoring and warning capabilities. It lays a solid foundation for future forest pest prevention and control efforts in the reserve.
