Entering the control center of Daye City Mine in Huangshi, Hubei Province, the large screen is clearly showing the operation of the factory lighting in each operating area, and the staff can adjust the brightness of the factory lighting in real time through the platform. At the end of September, the intelligent lighting system project of the Daye Mine factory was completed and put into operation, and it is expected to save 481,000 kWh of electricity throughout the year.
The original factory lighting of Daye Mine used traditional switch control and high-pressure sodium lamps, which had defects such as aging lines, high energy consumption, and low brightness. In April this year, Daye Mine launched the factory intelligent lighting system project. In the main ore dressing plant, dehydration plant, belt corridor and other operating areas, by replacing energy-saving lamps and establishing intelligent lighting control systems, it can not only meet the lighting requirements of the plant, but also achieve the goals of safety, energy saving and intelligent control.
The platform data of the intelligent lighting system is connected to the control center server through the switch, which can query the status of the lamps in each plant on site in real time, realize remote control and scene setting, and achieve energy saving and consumption reduction through functions such as timed switch, automatic induction dimming, and personnel detection.
It is reported that after the intelligent lighting transformation of Daye Mine Plant was completed, the illumination of the plant was improved, and the total energy consumption of the lamps was reduced to 34.3% of the total energy consumption before the transformation. Through the smart management platform, the intelligent control of the plant lamps can be realized, which effectively improves management efficiency and reduces overall energy consumption.
