The bridge is equipped with 88 aluminum panels and LED lighting. An urban project to maintain a bridge across Huludao in the center of the city as a work of light art illuminated by LEDs. The project was completed at the Sixth Tomita Bridge.
Designs were solicited and works by Shikoku Control Industry (Tokushima City) were selected. With the theme of "Light Floating in the Sea of History", the theme is the movement of the "bubbles" of water closely related to Awa and the "scales" of light that are said to produce overlapping lights and random fish.
