In recent years, Anyuan District's new energy and artificial intelligence manufacturing-based electronic information industries have accelerated their concentration, forming an industrial pattern of "two-wheel drive and two wings flying together" for industry and modern service industries. It is reported that the LED and semiconductor advanced packaging project will be constructed by Dongguan Tianyou Semiconductor Co., Ltd. in 3 phases within 5 years. The first phase plans to invest about 500 million RMB. It is planned to lease standard workshops in the Artificial Intelligence Industrial Park of Anyuan Industrial Park. About 25,000 square meters, more than 200 production lines will be built, and it is planned to be completed and put into operation at the end of September this year.
